SANGS started in 1983 and is the largest N Scale model railway club in South Australia. You can read more about the history of SANGS in two articles written by one of our founding members: ‘The First 10 Years‘, and ‘The Men of SANGS – 1983 – 2003‘.
We have several large modules that we can take to exhibitions and public demonstrations. You can often see us at various shopping centres and community events, especially in the northern suburbs of greater Adelaide, as well as regional areas such as Loxton, Kingston SE and Mount Gambier.
Where to find us
Our club rooms are located at 118 Fletcher Road, Peterhead, where we store our equipment and have a smaller layout for club members to run their trains on while sitting around and having a chat.
Our club meetings are held at the nearby Bower Cottages on the 1st Saturday of each month. NOTE: Parking is best from the rear of the property on Kingfisher Drive
